Nervous about new haircut

I recently underwent a big makeover when I chopped all my hair off for a much shorter style and it feels so different from my old long hair which was almost down to my butt before the chop. I was so nervous driving home from the hairdressers and I wasn't sure how my boyfriend would react when I walked in the house. Short and curly cuts from 80's and 90's.

Really think this is a great cut for women of all ages not just for the grey army(60 years plus) The different textures that are created by the natural curls or curls created after a perm are complimented by the clippered nape part of the cut in contrast with the longer curls on top create an easy haircut that is very feminine and very very low maintenance. Doesn't the picture above just look great with the jewellery and the beautiful blonde permed curls. These haircuts that I speak of today are definitely on the short side so not for the faint of heart and they are the type of cut that will possibly make you look more mature than if you had a shoulder length bob cut or medium length down the back but it is the type of cut that takes time getting used to. Long Haired Angels.

Long haired women(hair down to or past bum) are something of an endangered species in these modern times. While very long hair is not a favourite of mine, reminds me of those dirty hippies from the 60's and 70's I can appreciate the effort involved in maintaining their long manes. Longer hairstyles down the back but above bum line have made a comeback with stars like Ariana Grande and Hairstyles from Game of Thrones where their is some long hair action. I very much like to see more exotic long hairstyles such as ones worn by women of African descent Senegalese jumbo braids and also micro braids are very beautiful and attractive hairstyles.
