Long Braided Hair.

Braided hair is a convenient style to wear and it has been a go to style for many years. I will attach some photos of braids in hair form people all over the world and the benefits of having the option if your hair is at a length that you could create a braid or many. The most famous braid in history would have to be from the fairytale of Rapunzel and the tale of her magical hair being long enough to cascade down her castle retreat and retrieve herself a hot young prince. Creating braid waves is a favourite video online at the moment and leaving them in for 4 or 5 days can sometimes create waves that will last almost up to a week, not bad for no products or curling wands.
I automatically think of the 14th 15th century when I think of women with very long hair and sometimes wearing it in a long braid or a smaller braid cascading down over the top of the remaining hair. Braid waves are very pretty when created and you can tell when someone has had their braids in for a couple of days and then setting them free. Best hair type and the girls I think are best suited to the numerous variations of this hair type are Africans. From Jumbo Senegalese Braids to micro braids, they are all stunning. The delicate process and skill involved in installing synthetic or human hair extensions into someone's hair is an amazing thing and great patience is required when installation begins. Can take up to 4-6 hours at times to install a weave or crochet braids.

Nervous about new haircut

I recently underwent a big makeover when I chopped all my hair off for a much shorter style and it feels so different from my old long hair which was almost down to my butt before the chop. I was so nervous driving home from the hairdressers and I wasn't sure how my boyfriend would react when I walked in the house. Short and curly cuts from 80's and 90's.

Really think this is a great cut for women of all ages not just for the grey army(60 years plus) The different textures that are created by the natural curls or curls created after a perm are complimented by the clippered nape part of the cut in contrast with the longer curls on top create an easy haircut that is very feminine and very very low maintenance. Doesn't the picture above just look great with the jewellery and the beautiful blonde permed curls. These haircuts that I speak of today are definitely on the short side so not for the faint of heart and they are the type of cut that will possibly make you look more mature than if you had a shoulder length bob cut or medium length down the back but it is the type of cut that takes time getting used to. Long hair vs Short hair.

Have named this blog long hair vs short hair but in my opinion both long and short haircuts can look stunning. I don't have a preference because I find women with short hair to be beautiful and same goes for long hair. I must admit though to finding bob cuts to be my favourite hairstyle and the picture above is a good example of a stacked bob with a shaved nape and the girl with the hippie hair above is also very beautiful with her long locks (love the bangs) One of the many benefits of having short hair is its a lot quicker to get ready for work in the morning.
